Meet Kelly Vennus - Facilitator from Leading Teams Australia
Kelly recently returned to Leading Teams for her third stint as a Facilitator having first worked for the company in 2000 as an athlete facilitator. At the time Kelly was captain of the Australia U21 netball team and playing for the Melbourne Phoenix, so working for Leading Teams gave her extensive experience facilitating life skills and leadership programs within schools, indigenous communities, juvenile and adult prison systems and elite sport and corporate groups.
After several years in non-profit and education, Kelly decided to follow her passion for people and return to the business of aligning teams and developing leaders. She was delighted to join the Adelaide branch of Leading Teams, headed up by Daniel Healy, in March 2017.
“It is an absolute privilege and honour to work closely with teams across many industries to drive team performance, behaviour and culture. High performing teams invest in their people and establish open and honest relationships across all levels of their organisation.”
Leading Teams’ expertly trained facilitators have been developing high performing Australian teams and leaders for over 25 years. With teams based across the country, they specialise in the delivery of teamwork and leadership programs for elite sporting and corporate organisations and align teams by creating shared visions and behaviours that empower members to engage in open dialogue.
