Le Cordon Bleu will run a two day hands-on artisan bread baking workshop in Adelaide on 10 & 11 November. The workshop covers preparation of different flours, calculating temperatures, training on the use of fresh yeast, and how to master the various stages of traditional bread baking; including how to master yeast, leaven and fermentation.
