“NAB research has found that Sturt is Australia’s most charitable suburb,” said NAB Retail General Manager SA, Gregg Harris. “Residents of Sturt, in Adelaide’s southern suburbs, give 0.39% of their income to charitable organisations or an average of $185 per year, making them the most charitable residents in the nation. “South Australia is also home to eight of the country’s top 20 most charitable postcodes based on the percentage of income donated. “Glenelg South is third on the top 20 list with 0.36% and Torrens Park sixth with 0.33%. Also in the country’s top 20 are Woodville (10th), Belair (13th), Toorak Gardens (15th), Prospect (17th) and St Peters (19th)." Read More
